Our job doesn’t finish once attendees book their rooms with us. Our dedicated Account Managers and support team arrive before the event for pre-convention preparation with the client, city, hotels and VIP customers. During the event, they are available 24/7 for any housing questions or concerns.

This allows troubleshooting to be resolved with invaluable face-to-face customer service. Attendees can find us at the booth called “Hotel Reservation Office.”
